FirstPoint HelpDesk is a Web based application for managing technical support requests. Requests are organized in "Desks". The "Main Desk" is where most requests are placed when created. Requests in the "Main Desk" may be updated by any Technician. Each Technician is provided with a personal Desk (named "My Desk"). Further organization may be achieved by creating group Desks, which members of those Desks can use to collaborate.
